the eset live grid servers cannot be reached

It came back again on my computer now.  Same thing again. My internet Connection works, but sometimes this forum is gone, nothing shows in the browser. Sure this is not some problem with esets server? Otherwise my internetconnection works fine to browse around the net. This message never happened on earlier versions v7, 8, 9, and 10 versions of eset.

Same issue! This is defiantly an issue on the side of ESET. Hopefully they fix it soon. I'd hat to have to look for a new Anti-virus Program/Suite

Well, I have joined the club as of an hour ago.

Not fun.

Stopping Malwarebytes did nothing. Rather than panic I will wait and see what happens. :(

Came back for about two minutes then down again.

It's happened on a daily basis now. Fixing itself in a minute or so. Really distracting. The Internet is stable.

I've been experiencing this issue intermittently for the last 4 hours. I've been using ESS/EIS for years and never experienced this before. Connection to the internet is without issue and functioning perfectly. EIS is having a problem and only EIS.

You could not experience this message earlier as the notification about communication issues with LiveGrid servers was first added in v10.1.

I've reached out to developers to confirm or deny that there have been some issues with LiveGrid servers earlier today.

This problem has been there since I updated to ESET Internet Security 11 on Tuesday. It's a daily thing. Sometime it happens many times in an hour sometime it happens once in several hours. There maybe some connectivity issue with the LiveGrid and ESET servers.

Same happening for me now too.

I deleted some log file and up popped the live grid error message and this may be just a coincidence.

A minute later & as I type this, Live Grid is back on.

The live grid outages are just a ploy to get more traffic at this forum. ;)

Hello,

I've been using the German version 11 for some time now and never had this problem before. As of today, this error message also comes to me. Immediately after starting, then the message disappears and comes back after a short time. The internet connection is stable and permanent.

My System: Windows 10 64Bit 1709, EIS 11.0.144.0

I am receiving the unable to connect to the live grid error on boot. First time occurred at 11:50 PM EST Saturday and did not correct. Again at system boot this morning at 5:05 AM EST but corrected by 5:15 AM without my intervention in any way.  I have not experienced this error prior to last night and this morning. My Internet connection is permanent and stable at 60 mbps through a wired connection.

EIS 11.0.144.0 on Win 7 Pro x64.

On Edit: 6:09 AM EST. Just received the error again and lasted about 2 minutes. Seems to be randomly occurring.

Our engineers are working on fixing LiveGrid servers which may take a while. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Today 2 different pcs have the eset grid notification that disappear every 10 minutes and the reappear.

It is possible to disable the notification at least?
