  1. I have carried out the test with the previously completed task and I have realized that it does not update the server's antivirus but only updates the agent. I don't know what configuration to use to implement a policy that automatically updates the servers' antivirus
  2. It was executed but the version remains the same, the task does not impact the server, the execution completes correctly but nothing is updated. Maybe it doesn't work to do that idea.
  3. Hello Marcos, the type of task I used is "ESET PROTECT Component Update" and also in the "ESET PROTECT Reference Server" configuration I chose was ESET PROTECT on-prem Server, version 11.0.199.0 for windows. I run the task on a virtual server with Windows 10 and the version it has is ESET Server Security 10.0.12014.0. The reason for the test is that if it works correctly it would speed up the work of updating the servers one by one.
  4. How are you, dear help forum? I have created the client task in the console to perform an Upgrade to some servers. I am using a Windows version 10 virtual server, with ESET Server Security version 10.0.12014.0, I have a couple more but I wanted to test one and see if it works on the others. The configuration is the ESET protect reference server, which I chose "ESET Protect local server, version 11.0.199.0 for Windows (Windows)" I completed the task but nothing was updated and I already restarted the server
  5. Dear, I need to know, what kind of AV does ESET offer for tablet devices with Windows OS? They are joined to the domain and connected to the company network. I await your response, thank you very much
  6. Hello, just as the title says. I am having a problem installing ESET on a virtual server 2019 on a Windows PC. First I created the installer from the console, I sent it to a colleague and when he proceeded to install he got the WIN.1603 error. I clarified that the server was completely new, updated and we were just testing the installation. We tried the installer which failed, we uninstalled, we reinstalled, we tried the tools that ESET offers, we restarted in failsafe mode, everything and nothing allows us to complete the installation. I ask you for a hand in this problem. thank you
  7. Hello, I cannot find detailed information on the existing versions of ESET Server Security for Windows operating systems. I would like to know the compatibility of each one. I have very few Windows operating systems from 2008, 2003 and 2019, 2016, 2012 and Windows 11 pro. Thanks for your reply.
  8. Good day and thank you for your answers, I will soon attach screenshots to make the problem clearer.
  9. no mr. Marcos, my problem is not seeing the alert outside my desktop, my problem is that it blocks my network connection and I cannot have any internet in my company. Only by disabling real-time file protection do I get my network back to normal but I can't keep it that way as it is insecure. I'm looking for a solution where I can keep that ESET endpoint antivirus configuration active and not cut off my network.
  10. Hey how are you, if I have seen that article, tomorrow I will do the test with the PC to change the network configuration and see if it allows me to have the connection freely without deactivating SSL. But honestly I don't think it's the solution, I feel like it's more complex. thanks for the reply
  11. I've been seeing that this problem has existed for years, ESET has been blocking my WiFi connection and not letting me have internet because it is insecure but you are wrong. Only by deactivating SSL do I have internet again and if active it disconnects again, how can I keep it active and have a network? Is there a problem with Windows 10 updates? or some ESET module that does not allow patches and updates. I have windws 10pro and eset endpoint antivirus 10.1.2058.0
