Hello everyone, I've been notified of an alert in "Detections and Quarantine" on a machine in my network. This alert, identified as "File Scanner Unknown Action" and generated by ESET PROTECT, indicates that it occurred outside of working hours, which I can confirm. I'm attaching screenshots to see if anyone has seen this detection before. -
I am using ESET Endopoint antivirus version 12.0.2049.0 on a tablet. When I connect to my company's network, I get a notification saying "Administrative network is insecure" which is not the case, the network is secure and trustworthy for establishing a connection... also this message takes up the tablet screen. I have already configured it to add it as a trusted and secure network, saved it, and restarted it and it continues. What is the problem?

Hi Marcos, how nice that you always have the answers. The truth is that the tablet, like the others, has the current version of antivirus installed, which is why it seems even stranger to me that it tells me that the product is not found. I will try to reinstall it.

Dear friends, I have a tablet with the latest version of the antivirus. When this tablet connects to a network that is within my company and is secure, the antivirus sends me a message that says "Unprotected WiFi." The network it connected to is unsafe and it keeps bothering me. I have tried to click on "Do not show me this warning anymore" but it keeps happening over and over again. I created a policy to apply it to this number of devices from the console because there are several tablets with this problem, but when assigning and restarting the devices, the policy is not applied and I get something that I do not understand... the phrase "product not installed" the element has not been found. What does this mean?

Hello Marcos, the type of task I used is "ESET PROTECT Component Update" and also in the "ESET PROTECT Reference Server" configuration I chose was ESET PROTECT on-prem Server, version 11.0.199.0 for windows. I run the task on a virtual server with Windows 10 and the version it has is ESET Server Security 10.0.12014.0. The reason for the test is that if it works correctly it would speed up the work of updating the servers one by one.

How are you, dear help forum? I have created the client task in the console to perform an Upgrade to some servers. I am using a Windows version 10 virtual server, with ESET Server Security version 10.0.12014.0, I have a couple more but I wanted to test one and see if it works on the others. The configuration is the ESET protect reference server, which I chose "ESET Protect local server, version 11.0.199.0 for Windows (Windows)" I completed the task but nothing was updated and I already restarted the server

Dear, I need to know, what kind of AV does ESET offer for tablet devices with Windows OS? They are joined to the domain and connected to the company network. I await your response, thank you very much

Hello, just as the title says. I am having a problem installing ESET on a virtual server 2019 on a Windows PC. First I created the installer from the console, I sent it to a colleague and when he proceeded to install he got the WIN.1603 error. I clarified that the server was completely new, updated and we were just testing the installation. We tried the installer which failed, we uninstalled, we reinstalled, we tried the tools that ESET offers, we restarted in failsafe mode, everything and nothing allows us to complete the installation. I ask you for a hand in this problem. thank you

Good day and thank you for your answers, I will soon attach screenshots to make the problem clearer.

no mr. Marcos, my problem is not seeing the alert outside my desktop, my problem is that it blocks my network connection and I cannot have any internet in my company. Only by disabling real-time file protection do I get my network back to normal but I can't keep it that way as it is insecure. I'm looking for a solution where I can keep that ESET endpoint antivirus configuration active and not cut off my network.

Hey how are you, if I have seen that article, tomorrow I will do the test with the PC to change the network configuration and see if it allows me to have the connection freely without deactivating SSL. But honestly I don't think it's the solution, I feel like it's more complex. thanks for the reply
