Hello, I will let the dump check by devs, but again it is only a kernel minidump "Loading Dump File [*120916-12046-01.dmp] Mini Kernel Dump File: Only registers and stack trace are available" Please enable complete memory dump as described here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3496/?locale=en_US(select option Complete memory dump) as we will probably need it for analysis. System restart is required, after you capture a complete memory dump, you can disable the Banking and payment protection to prevent further BSODs. Regards, P.R.
  2. Hello, I checked the dumps and in 3 of 4 the HIDCLASS.SYS seems to be the culprit of the crash and ekbdflt.sys is not even in the stack. Can you please enable full memory dumps and provide me with a full memory dump, after it crashes again so we can analyze it properly as minidumps often do not contain the necessary information to analyze the issue.   10. Hello, we are aware of one possible BSOD tiger related to process termination, but is quite rare so it shouldn't happen each time on upgrade. It is fixed in the planned 6.5 version and the fix was back-ported to version 6.4, but not released yet. Can you please send me (via private message a link to compressed memory.dmp) a full memory crash dump so we can check if is it the same issue or something different? Regards, P.R.
  11. Hello, In case you experience ESET service crashing, please enable creating of diagnostic dumps and if the crash repeats open a support ticket with the crashdump file and ESET log collector, those cases are usually being analyzed and fixed quite fast. Regards, P.R.

Regarding eelam.sys driver signature: "Each driver .sys file must be code signed by Microsoft, using a special certificate indicating that it is an Early Launch AM Driver." as stated in ELAM Prerequisites by MS. So the signature is correct. As Marcos said we are looking into it and we will post here the solution, once we have one available.
