  4. Hello @angeloxx, I checked it with our Linux support specialist and it seems that the esets service was not stopped. He advised to: stop the esets service delete contents of /var/opt/eset/esets/lib/ start update esets_update --verbose start esets service Please share the results with us. Peter

  14. Hello @jmparsons, at first try to enable the "blocking of SSL v2" and check if the Dropbox is able to establish the connection. If not provide us with a logs to check: 1. Stop the Dropbox service 2. ESET's Advanced settings -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Enable Protocol filtering advanced logging ; confirm by OK 3. Start the Dropbox service and wait for the error "can't establish secure internet connection" 4. Disable the logging from the step #2 5. collect the logs by ESET Log Collector 6. upload the logs to a safe location and send the download

  16. Hello, the new replication protocol used in ESMC 7 does not support connectivity by means of the ERA (6.5 and lower) proxy, note this was not a standard http proxy. The agents may use a direct connectivity to the ESMC server or my connect by means of standard http proxy in case the direct connectivity is not an option. Hello @Astroman, When it comes to ESET settings, you may export them to a file and import on your new PC, the process is very easy and is described at https://support.eset.com/en/kb3133-import-or-export-eset-configuration-settings-using-an-xml-file When it comes to the ESET password store, with a valid license it is being synced to a server so migration is supported, to be sure I would export it as well.   22. As I mentioned such errors should be addressed in new version of the plugins (3.0.6)), in case you would like to have it checked you may send me the logs as mentioned in my previous post. For sure I won' recommend to use multiple password managers at once. Peter
  23. Hello guys, The dev team analyzed the reported issues and prepared a module with one of the changes reverted, which should address the issue. The module is Internet protection module 1401.1 and is available on pre-release update channel.   24. Hello guys, yes the development team analyzed the issue and it seems that the issue seems to be caused by lazy garbage collection. The handles remain open until there is a serious shortage of them and as WMI scanning opens new handles continuously garbage collection seems to release them not fast enough...   25. Hello @Staj, I checked it with a guy responsible and he told me that the services, including the Premium support will be rolled out during the next year. The release will be gradual, but the exact schedule per country is not available yet. So the guesstimate is end of 2021 or during 2022... Peter
