  1. Hello Hungtt, I checked the first of the client dump (Mini Kernel Dump File only :-( ), but there are not ESET drivers in the stack so it does not seem as ESET would be the culprit. Can you please provide us with a complete crash memory dump to check? The size of the dump should be close to the amount of physical RAM on that particular system. Regards, P.R.

  18. Dear ESET Remote Administrator users, My colleagues already shared some news and insights about the next version of ERA. I’m happy to say that we are in the final stages of ESET Remote Administrator 6.5 development and the BETA version should be available quite soon. We would like to share it with you so you can try it before it gets released officially and give us a feedback on it, which is very valuable for us. In case you are interested in the private BETA for ESET Remote Administrator 6.5 please reply to this topic or send me and TomasP a private message. We will grant you access to a hidden sub-forum, where an instructions how to get the ERA 6.5 BETA will be provided, once the BETA is available. We would also like to ask you to report and discuss everything regarding this BETA in the specific sub-forum as we would like to keep it under control. Except for already mentioned new features, the ERA 6.5 will bring: Database redesign, in order to achieve higher performance New security model bringing multi tenancy New endpoint all-in-one installer Enhanced reporting Quarantine aggregated report Updated post-installation wizard Improvements in policy management Generic web-console changes I hope that you are as excited as me, so do not hesitate and sign up for the private BETA test right now! We are looking forward to your feedback Thank you in advance, Peter Randziak

  23. Hello, our developers found the culprit of the issue. In libc6-i386 (recommended by the installer) it seems there is bug causing this behavior (It is not easy replicate without our app). To solve the issue this version you need to install pkg "libc6:i386" instead of "libc6-i386". Regards, P.R.
  24. Hello, the full memory dump should be located directly in Windows root so C:\Windows\memory.dmp O.K. please let us know, once you will have the complete dump. The Dev responsible for the OPP told me that he did not find anything pointing on us in the minidump, so the complete may shed more light on it. Regards, P.R.
