  1. Hello Martin, the quarantine is located in the Users folder so if you manually deleted it you, the quarantined files got lost with it. The quarantine is described in http://support.eset.com/kb405/?locale=en_US Q10 Why are infected files moved to the quarantine after the scan? The restoration of files quarantined by ESET Online scanner is described in http://support.eset.com/kb2915/?locale=en_US Regards, P.R.
  2. Hello, can you please try to run it from a different browser if possible? The actual version is available at https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/ Please post the URL from which you tried to run it originally. Regards, P.R.
  3. Hello, the site was blocked due to false positive HPKP violation. As far as I known only Insider builds were affected (the use updates which are even ahead of the pre-release updates). Fixed Internet protection module 1307 is being distributed in that channel since about 30.5.2017 10:35 CEST Thank you once again for the report, P.R.
  4. Hello segFault, support for RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) was added and except of that various bug fixes. The bug fixing and overall stabilization is also the mail goal of upcoming Dev / QA rounds so the new version can be released in the best possible condition for our customers. Regards, P.R.
  5. Hello Jim, sure, so the EEA installation binaries (with AVRemover) especially for you :-) http://ftp.nod.sk/~randziak/EES_6.6_BETA/6.6.2031.0/EEA/ Regards, P.R.
  6. Hello Jim, the upgrade should preserve the ESET applications (current versions), but apparently there is some issue with it. The Windows upgrade logs would help us to look into it. Regards, P.R.

  10. Hello guys, thank you for the report, we will check it, I got the site blocked as well. Regards, P.R.
  11. Hello, no, reinstallation is not needed. In case there won't be any issues reported with the newer version of the module, the release will continue. Regards, P.R.
  12. Hello, some module upgrades (including the one you mentioned) are being released in a batches,... Regards, P.R.
  13. Hello Xander, thank you for the logs (I recommended that tool because it dumps the boot sector, not to actually check Olmarik / Olmascoi presence on that system), I will check them with the Malware research lab and let you know, it may take some time. Regards, P.R.
  14. Hello Xander, or you may dump the boot sector and send me it via a private message to check. One of our tools, which does it is the ESET Olmarik / Olmasco cleaner https://download.eset.com/com/eset/tools/cleaners/olmarik_olmasco/latest/esetolmarikolmascocleaner.exe just run it and take to logs produced by it. Regards, P.R.
  15. Hello Xander, can you please paste the appropriate lines from the ESET Endpoint's detected threats log? Regards, P.R.
  16. Hello Kris, O.K. thank you for letting us know. Do you happen to know how many rules have been created by the Interactive firewall mode? In case is happens again, please let us know. Regards, P.R.
  17. Hello Kris, I assumed that you have the same issue as reported in the original forum topic. I would recommend you to start a new topic, please let us know if the issue persists if you uninstall the Proxifier temporarily. Regards, P.R.
  18. Hello Kris, the issue is related probably to the Protected service feature. Proxifier as LSP provider wants to get to our winsock stack but protected service denies it and therefore we have no connection. Disabling the Protected service in the advanced setup, followed by system restart should enable you to activate your EIS. Regards, P.R.
  19. Hello Samoréen, I got and info from the Dev team that it should be resolved in version 10.2 by JustInTime gamer mode detection. Until than we may recommend you to turn off the status message for the gamer mode as shown on the attached screenshot. Regards, P.R.
  20. Hello Domo, O.K. thank you for the reports, will have to check it as well. Regards, P.R.
  21. Yes that is my understanding. I will have to check it. Even the Desktop is an application so it might be detected in this multi-display environment. P.R.
  22. Hello Domo, I will check it with the KB team. Regards, P.R.
  23. Hello, I'm not 100% sure but I think it checks the resolution of an active window VS the display resolutions, if it matches it triggers the gamer mode. Regards, P.R.
  24. Hello Jim, great, I'm glad to hear that as seamless migration from older versions is really important for us. Regards, P.R.
  25. Hello segFault, new build should be available soon, I will post an update once ready. Regards, P.R.
