  5. Hello Phoenix, that is probably caused by the Gamer mode so to prevent that from happening, just disable it. We plan to change the detection of triggers for Gamer mode activation in the future, but as I can see your HW configuration you do not need Gamer mode at all :-) Regards, P.R.

In order to help the other community members and ESET staff understand the topic better, please consider including these information in your post: Version of ERA (You can find the version of your ERA in About section of Web Console) OS type and version: OS of ERA Server (Windows / Linux / Virtual Appliance ), eventually OS of Client device, if it is part of your question. If possible, please describe the current problematic setup / desired setup you want to achieve, or situation that you are attempting to address. Thank you.

  16. Hello, I'm afraid that the logs were lost during such procedures. basically you can send me logs from any failed installation you encounter, we may check what exactly went wrong, no need to do it on purpose when it works for you now. Regards, P.R.
  17. Hello Joe, Thank you for considering ESET as solution for your infrastructure security. I would recommend you to use "ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server" for the servers and ESET Endpoint Security for the standard Windows desktop deployment and ESET Remote Administrator for managing the infrastructure. Of course the latest versions available. We have also agent-less security for the VMware https://www.eset.com/int/business/virtualization-security/ , but it does not offer such level of protection as the standard setup. Hello, we usually add support for new versions of browsers by upgrade of Banking & payment protection module, but in case of larger architectonic changes we need to upgrade the product as well, which happened with Chrome 61.   19. Hello guys, The info about Virus signature database / Detection engine has been removed on purpose. It simplifies the GUI and such information is not that relevant as it used to be. Currently in the product there are tens of modules (my v.11 has 30 of them). Moreover there are other detection methods LiveGrid, HIPS, behavioral monitor, exploit blocker,... so the VSD itself is not that important as it used to be. @reisender1967 I'm sorry for the trouble caused, in case you have an install log from the upgrade or any related logs I'm willing to look into it.   22. Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. the service release for Endpoint 6.6 is already on way. When it comes to the upgrades the installer should uninstall the older version prior to installing to the new one, not seen such issues yet and the upgrades were tested internally and are supported. So hard so say what went wrong. Have you submitted logs for the second issue to your local customer care for investigation? Regards, P.R.

  24. Hello, in v.11 Anti-theft features is part of ESET Internet Security product as it replaces the ESS in the product offering. Upgrades are supported to keep the configuration, as you mentioned. Regards, P.R.
  25. Hello, It has been already released in Slovakia, Czechia and Germany. There will be only 3 products ESET NOD32 Antivirus, ESET Internet Security (with Anti-theft feature) and ESET Smart Security Premium The dates may not be shared until the release happens, but should be close to the dates from the previous major release.
