ESET Endpoint BSOD Windows 10 edevmon.sys

Hello, @k.shigapov as far as I know, we have a fix also for the version 5, but it hasn't been officially tested yet. We may provide you with a customer build, but without any guarantee as it was not approved by QA. If there will be a release of the Endpoint 5 version, the fixed driver should be there. Hello guys, I checked it with our expert on MAC products and it seems to be an issue with InDesign. InDesign does not support system feature called "File Coordination" https://developer.apple.com/library/content/releasenotes/MacOSX/WhatsNewInOSX/Articles/MacOSX10_7.html and the only solution is to disable scanning of Network media or set proper exclusions until InDesign implements this feature (so please make sure you are using the latest version). Regards, P.R.

Hello guys, thank you for your interest, but as the release data of the final version has been announced (https://forum.eset.com/topic/9980-about-evs-for-nsx/?do=findComment&comment=55763 ) and is pretty close, it probably does not make much sense for you to test the BETA so I would recommend you to wait for the final release. Regards, P.R.

Hello Eric, you may uninstall it by means of ESET Uninstaller, see http://support.eset.com/kb2289/?locale=en_US for detailed instructions. In case that is not an option, let me know the exact version number (including the 4.th and I may try to look it up for you). Regards, P.R.

Hello Hungtt, I checked the first of the client dump (Mini Kernel Dump File only :-( ), but there are not ESET drivers in the stack so it does not seem as ESET would be the culprit. Can you please provide us with a complete crash memory dump to check? The size of the dump should be close to the amount of physical RAM on that particular system. Regards, P.R.
