  3. Hello Shane, I just downloaded the latest one from the web and it runs without any issues on my Win7 x64. New version should be released soon so hopefully it will contain a fix for this, if not we welcome crash dumps from users, who are willing to help us to resolve it. Regards, P.R.
  4. Hello Shane, I'm sorry for your negative experience. Crash is definitely something what should not occur and what we would like to fix. If you are able to reproduce the crash please send me and TomasP a private message with a link to dump of the crashing Online scanner captured with a procdump, we will look into it. Thanks, P.R.

  10. Hello SCR, thank you for your reply. Would it be possible for you to collect the logs mentioned in my second reply so we can have a look at it with the devs? Thank you, P.R.
  11. Hello SCR, can you please provide us with a few logs, so we can check it with developers? 1. Enable Protocol filtering advanced logging (open ESET main GUI, press F5 to open the advanced settings, go to Tools->Diagnostics-> Enable Protocol filtering advanced logging) reproduce the issue and stop the logging. Once complete press "Open button" next to the Open diagnostics folder in the Diagnostics pane and send me the EsetProxyInner.pcapng and EsetProxyOuter.pcapng files. Also please note 2. exact time with timezone info, when the issue occurred, in case you get any 3. error message please copy it, 4. exact system version and 5. copy the about information - in the main GUI go to Help and support -> About ESET Internet Security -> Installed components -> copy (it will copy all the info to your clipboard) Once you have the logs and info collected, please send me and TomasP private message, we will check it. Thank you, P.R.
  12. Hello SCR, does it happen with all secured sites (httpS), or just with some of them? Other browsers suffer from this issue too, or not? Is they delay the same after system restart or it increases over the time? Regards, P.R.
  13. Hello, does the issue occur after the next restart as well? If yes can you please try to uninstall it and install the latest version downloaded from the web and let us know if it helped? P.R.
  14. Hello guys, we are sorry for the delay. Actually the full fix for the mentioned issues is included in the Internet protection module 1259+. Since this module there has been numerous fixes and we have to be always very very careful as this module is responsible for Protocol filtering feature and even a single issue with for example http can cause serious damage. In case you are affected by this issue I would recommend to switch to pre-release updates, where the Internet protection module with the fix is already available. Please do not forget to provide us with a feedback if it helps. Thank you, P.R.
  15. Hello ea01, please try the v.10 (currently in BETA) as I said, RAM consumption should be significantly lower, can you confirm? Regards, P.R.
  16. Hello ea01, that is not much memory for an usual system and it has huge performance impact, but if you think that is too much, please try it with v.10, it has quite huge changes under the hood, which should affect memory consumption really significantly Regards, P.R.
  17. Hello, I would say 200 MB in idle state is OK for v.9. Regards, P.R.
