  1. Please check your PM box. As soon as we have you up to date info, our agent can call you and walk you through resolving this ASAP.
  2. Thanks for the info. We'll pass this on to our developers.
  3. What steps have you taken to (instructions followed) in your attempts to uninstall ESET Mobile Security? Did you purchase/install the product through Google Play or through eset.com?
  4. Check out the responses here: hxxp://forum.eset.com/topic/267-error-communicating-with-kernel-eset-nod32-v52/
  5. You'll want to make sure your ESET Service is running in Windows Services and verify that your system is clean. The following KB article will give you illustrated instructions on how to resolve this issue: The error message "Error communicating with kernel" appears
  6. Is our online store HERE not functional?
  7. Some websites include software wrappers in their download files which ESET will detect as a Potentially Unwanted Application. You can configure your ESET product to ignore PUA by following the article or video below: Click here for the written instructions
  8. I'd recommend contacting ESET Support directly for further help. If you contact them by phone, they may be able to clean ESET from your computer for you.
  9. Which version of ESET Smart Security are you running? What Windows operating system are you running? Can you provide a screenshot of the exact error message you're receiving?
  10. I'd highly recommend contacting our Sales Department by phone at 866-343-3738 to get this resolved. Our sales reps will have the latest policy information on this and can likely better assist you with your recent order.
  11. Yes there is. Please see the previous post by Peter. Simply update your virus signature database in-product and let us know if you receive the error message reported in the original post.
  12. It likely has something to do with the initial backup process in Time Machine and the ESET startup scan. The end of this post on Wilders explains how one person resolved this issue. You may also want to add the backup process and TimeMachine.app as exclusions to your scanner. This KB Article addresses a scan hanging issue but the errors you're getting may be resolved by following the same steps.
  13. As @Aryeh Goretsky stated on the Wilders Forums:
  14. First thing you'll want to do is view this KB Article: My computer has been infected with "FBI" malware, what should I do? If after following the instructions above you still receive the "FBI" notification, contact ESET Customer Care for further support.
  15. What OSX version are you running and which version of ECS?
  16. Open a command prompt with admin rights and run ESETUninstaller.exe /nosafemode and let us know if that helps.
  17. If the standard "Start > All Programs > ESET > ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Business > Uninstall" process isn't working, our manual uninstaller here should work for you. WARNING: Before running the ESETuninstaller.exe file, back up your network settings. They may get cleared during the process. I've also been told that when you run the file, you will need to run it with a /reinst switch. Click Here for the Written Instructions Click Here for the VIDEO Instructions Also going to move this to the Business Products Endpoint Forums, since this isn't concerning the Home User version of NOD32
  18. You're very welcome and no need to apologize. This is our first week live, so I'm interested in hearing about anything that doesn't seem to be working as it should, and also helping our new members find their way around the forums. All is well
  19. That's rather odd. It should take you to "Forum FAQ's and Rules". I'm not seeing any posts there by you. Checking the URL in my link...yup...hxxp://forum.eset.com/forum/22-forum-faqs-and-rules/ Checking that Forum again...2 locked topics by Aryeh Goretsky and one topic by me with replies by Aryeh Goretsky and jeffce. If you click my link, can you then copy/paste the URL it takes you to into this thread?
  20. Welcome to the new forums! Have you seen THIS place yet? Also the text is a bit light, so I know it is hidden a little BUT there is an "Edit" button at the bottom of each post, next to the "MultiQuote" and "Quote buttons. In cases such as this, it may be easier to simply edit your original post rather than having to create a new post for each thought. Cheers! Glad to see you. I hope you enjoy your time here.
  21. Welcome Trooper! Good to see you here. (You too Janus! I see you replied as I've been typing) To answer your first question, yes there are plans to integrate EMS with my.eset.com in future versions. I can't give an ETA on when this will happen but I know it's in the works. I will look into your second question. Anyone else here can feel free to jump in if they already have some insight on it. I know future versions will have an improved and more user-friendly interface. That should help some. On the password side, I'll echo something @Aryeh Goretsky said previously,
  22. You should be able to disable pop-up notifications either for ALL users through ERA or on individual clients. You can also go into Advanced Settings > User interface > Alerts and Notifications and uncheck "Display Alerts".
