  1. Hi mceisel, Thanks for the reply, I thought that would be the case. I'll have to dig out a different distro as Screenly is designed to be headless. Regards, Dan
  2. Hi mceisel, I want to display the dashboard on a raspberry pi running Screenly which is located within our network. The question is, can you access the ERAS Dashboard with have to authenticate with it? As I would like to display the statistics on a large screen within the officer Hopefully that makes it a little clearer, Regards, Dan
  3. James, Have you tried version 5.0.2214? does the problem still appear. Would be useful to know as we are using Device Control heavily here and do control Read and Write access to CD/DVD ROM Drives. Thanks, Dan
  4. Hi, I would like to use the ERAS Dashboard to display it's reports on a large screen within the office. We are using a digital signage solution called Screenly - hxxp://www.screenlyapp.com/ose.html As it's managed using a web interface we are unable to log into the dashboard. Is there a way to remove or pass-through credentials? Thanks, Dan
  5. Hi Peter, Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. After setting the "Suppress user settings" option to "Yes" the system seems to require a reboot for it to be applied. Regards, Dan
  6. Hi Peter, We use policies to deploy the settings. I also tried using a configuration task to force it on a test PC and that still didn't apply. It only appears to be the Alerts and Notification settings that aren't changing. But then I haven't changed any device control rules today. Regards, Dan
  7. Hi dwomack, Update on my earlier post, even thou I have turn the options off. Windows 7 PC's don't seem to be updating there configurations. If I download the configuration for the client using ERAS it also confirm the correct config, Any ideas? Regards, Dan
  8. Hi Peter, Thanks for letting me know it's on the list to be looked at. We are working around the issue for now. Regards, Dan
  9. Hi, I've noticed that the Device Control rule's don't support certain characters that manufactures are using in their device id's (apostrophes and commas). Are there any plans to fix this? Regards, Dan
  10. Hi dwomack, Found the option within ERAS and switched it off. Thanks, Dan
  11. Hi, Is there a way to turn off the user pop-up notifications when a device is blocked? We get calls from customers saying devices are blocked, when they are allowed for the user. This is due to the use of security groups to control device access, but NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM is blocked due to it not being a member. Thanks, Dan
