  1. Hi Marcos, I ended up opening up a support ticket. The issue was for some reason, a conflict in policies. The issue has now been fixed. Thanks.
  2. A user at my company went to -https://www.aihr.com/blog/job-leveling and a trojan was detected. VirusTotal claims that it is clean. Is this legit? The infection appeared in the ESET Protect console as JS/Agent.RJR Thanks!
  3. I installed a new ESA instance yesterday at another of our locations for redundancy purposes. On the main server we have had for over two years now, I used Amazon Coretto in place of java. I did not see that listed any longer on the install website for ESA. So I used OpenJDK version 13 as per your website. Today I have received a few errors stating the following. 3/5/2024 9:07:00 AM An error occurred while setting ElasticClient. Server: ServerNameHere In event viewer I see the following. Do you have any advice on this or should I just open up a support ticket? Thanks!
  4. What would be the best way to do this globally? I have "removed" the password. Waited, set a new password and waited and yet nothing is happening.
  5. I have had ESET Endpoint Security password protected for years setup just like here. https://help.eset.com/ees/8/en-US/password_protected_settings.html However today I have noticed that the settings are not password protected. Is this a bug by chance? All endpoints are running Windows 11 Enterprise. Thank you.
  6. I am having this same issue on one of my old servers. It is running Windows Server 2008R2. I would love to update to the newest version of ESET but cannot since it will not upgrade on this server OS. Any other workarounds?
  7. Still happening on some of my machines at work. My home machine had the same issue last night as well.
  8. Thanks for posting this. My cloud console is all lit up in yellow this morning lol.
  9. Thanks Marcos. Sounds like a good idea. Is there an easy way to apply a separate policy to just a handful of machines?
  10. Marcos, That is exactly what I was just telling my colleague. By having everyone in pre-release, I feel better than disabling advanced scanning. Happy to report that the issue is resolved now with Browser protection module 1334. I assume it is ok to go back to GA release correct?
  11. Marcos, Just wanted to chime in. I am having issues with this at work as well. I just enabled pre-release updates. Hope that this module is released to GA sooner vs later. Is it ok to go back to public updates afterward? I would rather not leave the entire company on pre-release updates for very long. Thanks!
  12. Any chance of this list of processors expanding? I have an i12 and it did not make the list.
  13. Yeah it just was announced this week so it is not on that MS page at least yet. Thanks for looking into it.
