Eww, please no. This touch stuff is a fad to the desktop. Push it on the tablets and laptops all you want. Keep it away from a professional desktop, mouse, keyboard environment, ESPECIALLY for endpoint. Sorry but clients for laptop and desktop go hand in hand. In other words, touch features for andoid is ok, but not for nod and ss and cyber.

Here is your problem. Get Helper.dll out of your software which was dropped here : C:\\users\current user\AppData\Local\Temp\nsl1E64.tmp Second, Open up more control for the user in your installer. Install programs in the default program files directory, not the Appdata folder which is a very common place for malware to reside or install. Your temp files are fine to go in appdata, but not your core program or executable. Hello, Wanted to bring this to light for devs, in the instance its a bug or glitch. I have no clue where the break was. I had 1 client that would not update. ERA was reporting old db for a week. Remoted to the client and attempted to manually click the 'Update Now'. (Nothing happened, no error, no gui change) - Cleared the update cache, tried again, nothing. - Wanted to try and kill egui but was unable to, due to Self-Defense or being run under system nt authority. - Restarted the workstation resolved the issue, however i still scratch my head on why the update quit working. - The client was still checking into ERA every 10 minutes too. Correct policy was established and set. Version 5.0.2225 I examined changelog for .2228: Added: Support for Windows 8.1 Update 1 Fixed: Error appears when SSL scanning in Web and email protection is turned on and a change is applied Fixed: Minor wording corrections Update to 2228 is not needed at the moment for this customer, but will do so soon when they are aware that i will deploy. Hello, This issue has risen once before, but i do not recall what was causing it. The latest version is not doing this for me currently. It may be something else albeit software or hardware causing this. Is it reproducable at any time? Everytime you click it? Or just once on the initial opening ? Does the problem occur with Graphical User Interface disabled in the Advanced > User interface section ?

This is the case for me as well. I presume this is by design due to the recent breach. They may let it only be temporary until the investigation is complete, and/or just for the first month following, however i wouldn't know.

Hello, I think the training was programmed in a static language and English was used. German versions would probably answer the question why it is not included. Or it may be US only. If you want to check it out, i would download a trial version of english and maybe install it in a VM or on another machine? It's on the web, so maybe you can use a trial license key just to visit the page and watch.

If its a threat. Eset will delete the mail and you can see it in quarantine logs. You will still get an eset notification too.

Its only the GUI for Thunderbird, if mail is coming in on the ports ESET detects, it will still get scanned.

Hello, While i am not familier with catchme.sys, you should be able to repair the fact user cannot create folders. Run system file checker and see if it fixed the issue. If not, you can create a registry import to repair the damages. BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY KEYS FIRST (EXPORT) Try this in a reg format and import: You may receive an error that not all can be imported, i think its due to context menu right click create new folder and may be able to be fixed as well, try this if it does not work : I would also recommend running a scan with Kaspersky's TDSS Killer, which is a very good tool for detecting rootkits alone.
