  4. I'm sorry. You mentioned EDTD in your post and there was a message about unauthorized access so I erroneously concluded it was related. Please enable diagnostic logging, run manual update, disable logging and finally gather logs with ESET Log Collector and post the generated archive here.
  5. It means that you have enabled ESET Dynamic Threat Defense in a policy but in fact you don't have an EDTD license or EDTD was not activated in EMSX via an EBA account from ESMC. Please disable EDTD in policies that are applied to EMSX:
  6. If you didn't add the ESET root CA certificate there yourself, it could be that Windows added it. Unfortunately, we have no clue why it would have done so, however, it won't do any bad if it's there.
  7. It turned out that this was already fixed in the firewall module 1387 which was put on pre-release update servers about 2 weeks ago. You can switch to pre-release updates in the advanced update setup to get the latest modules instantly.
  8. Select Delete. It should be basically only temporary html files on a disk when an interaction is required. If you open a website where this detection is triggered, access is blocked automatically.

  18. As for the detection of duplicate IP addresses, it merely says that two or more devices in the network have the same IP address assigned. Do you have all devices in the network configured to assign the IP address from a DHCP server automatically?
  19. I'm sorry but I don't understand what the problem is. CHM files are archives, ie. the files inside are scanned by other than real-time protection scanners (on-demand, web access protection, etc.). The malware inside (dll) was detected.

  23. There are 2 problems: 1, You didn't uninstall ESET NOD32 Antivirus and install ESET Internet Security (a trial version). Only EIS and ESSP can create diagnostic firewall logs that can reveal the root cause of the issue. 2, No diagnostic logs were included in the package. Prior to running ELC, with EIS installed make sure that you: - Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for technical support. - Reboot the system. - Disable advanced logging.
