Eset Smart Security 9 Running 2 days

My Eset Smart Security 9 has been running for 2 days on Custom Scan, states 2 threats found and it just keeps running.

There is no option of what to do, if it will EVER stop, is there a support phone number for this.  

Unfortunately I am not a computer geek.

Advice, forum support welcome.

Is the number of scanned files growing in the statistics? I'd recommend uninstalling v9 and installing the latest v10 with default settings to see if it makes a difference. Also I'd like to mention that v11 is going to be released in English and other remaining languages soon so you will be able to upgrade to it once available.

No it shows 2 threats and it moves around, but does not really change. Like it is stuck.

If I uninstall and install another version will I be charged? I paid for V9.

No you won't be charged. As long as your license is current you can upgrade to a newer release.

Eset doesn't license per a version meaning your license will work for any version of a specific product
