    No it shows 2 threats and it moves around, but does not really change. Like it is stuck. If I uninstall and install another version will I be charged? I paid for V9. Thanks for getting back to me.

    My Eset Smart Security 9 has been running for 2 days on Custom Scan, states 2 threats found and it just keeps running. There is no option of what to do, if it will EVER stop, is there a support phone number for this. Unfortunately I am not a computer geek. Advice, forum support welcome.
