I see that you don't understand it. Look here: (Just copy it and "perform" a Ctrl+F to find it if in the text) After the "nothing" and before the "just" there is a "5" in superscript. And if you see such a number in superscript then you can look at the bottom what additionally information I put there. I made this because I wanted to put more information there, but I don't wanted to put it in brakes (to not impede the reading fluency) and I also used some footnotes more than one time (e.g. footnote 3). But with the questions I meant some else: There is a big title "Questions" (the 3rd last title respectively the title before "Praise") and there are four questions. Maybe you (or somebody else) can answer some of them.

Yeah, but mostly here is posted something about ESET too. Because here is no "general discussion - ESET" part, the ESET related topics that can't get in the other forums (ESS/Nod32/...) are posted here. Other forums have for this things a forum called "off-topic"...

Post #11 was from me and about #15: Configure ESS like this (look at your picture here from #4 if you don't know where) and test it with every configuration: real-time protection only of external devices (see pic and #4) | real-time protection | HIPS deactivated | activated | activated (only real-time access to removable drives deac.) whatever | deactivated | activated (complete real-time protection deactivated) activated | activated | deactivated (only HIPS deactivated) deactivated | activated | deactivated whatever | deactivated | deactivated (all deactivated) Note that you often have to restart before an option is changed. "whatever" means that it is irrelevant how you set this option, because if the complete real-time protection is deactivated then also the specific real-time protection for removable drives is deactivated. BTW: Sad that I cannot make tables in this forum... And about this: Yes, but for testing it's ok. But don't forget to activate all options again after testing.
