But you receive updates for free, you don't pay for version upgrade new versions can include bug-fixes , security-fixes , new features etc , but still ESET didn't release changes notes, so wait till you see them and then decide.

They do tests every several months , it's not monthly.

@eset32, try to search in the device manager for the Display Adapter , see if there are any updates for it in the Device Manager if not then tell me the name of the devices Which model of X2 do you have?

When you access myESET , you cannot change any settings for your newly added PC right? Try to disable Anti-Theft , make sure that you have added the right e-mail and password and then re-enable Anti-Theft in ESET in PC

Check the link I have provided and see if you have missed any steps, if not please do reply so some of the Admins/Mods can take a look at your issue. Also try restarting your PC , maybe when you restart your PC so you do restart ESET services it might refresh something and make it appear on the website/or give you options in the website

Try to reboot Windows also , it might be something stuck in Windows also. or try in cmd: ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew I don't think ESET is crazy enough to block it's own servers , but for trying sake , try to disable the firewall and see if it makes any differences. EDIT : There is a possibility of a malware that can block your connection to LiveGrid and the Update servers , depending if you feel like that your PC is infected or not.

People love to see a change especially looks change , and they do hate it in the same time. , but it's a refresh for some people , for me it doesn't bother me, I still like the older interfaces of ESET where it looked more old and less graphical , but that is me also, but I do like v11/12 interface.

If you don't run Apache I don't know how the exploit will work because it's exploiting Apache and Apache isn't installed as you have said (Apache Struts) , just keep your systems up to date with security patches , and try to know this attack is coming from what source Why do you want it to stop showing you about threats or attacks?

Maybe that detection is related to some kind of ad in the website?, then an adblocker like uBlock might help in that situation, otherwise exactly like Marcos said the malicious parts are on the website.

You can use ESET Log Collector here : https://support.eset.com/kb3466/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US to make log files and submit them to an Administrator in order to let them check if there is something wrong or not.

How does it come back again? , do you enter a website or access somewhere that sends you the trojan again?
