  1. Hello PodrskaNORT, actually it is already implemented in Endpoint v.5 Advanced settings -> Tools -> Log files -> Text protocol -> Enable text protocol. You can choose from plain text, CSV or even event log. Regards,
  2. Hello Tomo, we will try to reproduce it in our testing environment and we will let you know.
  3. Hello, Endpoint clients use different section ID in configuration .xml so settings changed in v.4 ERA Configuration editor are not applied on Endpoint clients so you need to use ERA v.5 with Endpoints. With ERA v.5 you are able to manage both v.4 and v.5 clients. Regards,
  4. Hello, Virus signature database v8515 has been released at 10:13 CEST. Please try to update now and let us know. Regards,
  5. Hello, some pre-release users may have issues when updating from version 8513. It will be addressed by next Virus signature database update, which will be available at about 10:00 CEST. I will let you know as soon as we release the update. Thank you.
  6. Hello Zerotox, thank you once again! The issue has been resolved and the fix will be available in next version of the product. Regards,
  7. Hello Mrzocor, just follow these simple steps. Regards,
  8. Hello Denton23, 1. it is a limit for single file .iso is an archive so even if it is larger than the limit smaller files inside can be scanned. The files in the archive do not impose any risk as far as they need to be extraced before use. 2. This can be true in case the files were already scanned with the same virus signature database and the results are cached. 3. Can you please give us some more examples, Neverwinter Nights is really old, unsupported by it's vendor and their official servers are already shut down. Regards,
  9. Hello, we have successfully reproduced this issue in our in-house testing environment so we will check it with the development. Thank you for pointing on this issue. Regards,
  10. Hello Danny, which version of Internet protection module do you have? Just right-click on ESET tray icon and select about. Is the Thunderbird able to recover after a while or it crashes? Do you have SSL scanning enabled?
  11. Hello gajah88, does the issue persist also with Protocol filtering enabled for the web browsers? Regards,
  12. Hello, in that folder dumps of ESET service are being written in case of crash. Please pack last few ones together with ESET SysInspector log, upload them to safe location and send me a private message with download link and reference to this post. In the meantime you can disable creating of next ones by following these steps: Open ESET Smart Security/ ESET NOD32 Antivirus -> press F5 -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> select "do not generate memory dump" from the Dump type drop-down menu and confirm by OK. Regards,
  13. Hello LocknetSSmith, SysInspector creates an static snapshot so it doesn't allow us to analyze such cases much, although it is really valuable source of information. The only think we could do with it is to search for drivers and applications that are causing issues when installed on the same system for example other resident AV or to create virtual machine with very similar SW environment. In such case full memory dump would be helpful, but if you have opened a support case with ESET Support just resolve it with them and let us know. I am really interested in what is causing the issue. Thank you. Regards,
  14. Hello, I tried it myself multiple times and I wasn't able to reproduce it even once. I will ask somebody here to try it, hopefully they will have more luck than me. Regards,
  15. Hello LocknetSSmith, the ERA is just distributing the settings to the clients. The settings will work on clients, which are in the same domain, the ERA server needn't to be necessarily in the same domain. The groups and users are distributed and interpreted on clients as their SID so you cannot share these setting across different domains. Hopefully I clarified it a bit. Regards,
  16. Hello LocknetSSmith, have you managed to resolve the issue? Could you please try to update it to most current one (5.0.2214)? In case you are unable to boot to the normal mode use the ESET Uninstaller in the Safe mode. Does the issue persists after the update? Please let us know. Regards,
  17. Hello MartinPe, we will try to reproduce this in-house. I will keep you informed. Thank you for letting us know. Regards,
  18. Hello, we will try to replicate in our testing environment and we will share our findings with you here. I will let you know in case we will need help from your side. Regards,
  19. You are welcome, we are here to assist and help our users. Feel free to ask any question regarding our products in the future. Regards,
  20. Hello GothicDeath, we tried to reproduce the issue in our testing environment, but we weren't able to measure (we were measuring time of complete reboot of guest OS -Windows7) any slowdown. Could you please provide us with SysInspector log from the host OS so we could get an overview about it? Open ESET Smart Security -> Tools -> ESET SysInspector -> Create -> name it and wait for completion, then right click on the log and select Export... You can send me PM with the compressed log. Regards,
  21. Hello Zerotox, could you please provide us with: 1. SysInspector log from your system - Open ESET Smart Security -> Tools -> ESET SysInspector -> Create -> name it and wait for competion, then right click on the log and select Export... 2. Processmonitor log capturing events in the system before you encounter the error (in case you get the error right after the boot you need to use Procmon's boot logging option) pdf. manual is enclosed. Compress the logs and send me download link via PM. Regards, procmonboot_manual_english.pdf
  22. Hello puff-m-d, you can use pre-release updates for beta, but anyway we usually release new modules for beta testers in advance.
