During installer creation, multiple packages are downloaded from ESET repository servers. We are trying to redirect users to most suitable data centers but sometimes even that results in slow downloads. It is also possible that from certain countries, or during certain time, download might be performed from public CDN services, where risk of blocking such connections by enterprise firewall is higher. In case slow download is observer, could you please provide your location (location of ESMC server actually) and possibly personal experience whether routing to EU/US/JPN is best? I have the same problem: in ESMC at 40% (about) of downloading the following error appears: Downloading installers from repository and preparing All-in-one Installer Failed: Internal server error ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.2 (7.2.1266.0)ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version 7.2 (7.2.221.0) My internet connection is good using a Italian Internet provider; I don't have any problem browsing web.
