engr2020 gave kudos to Marcos in ECP.20006 error while activating ESET clients
I'd recommend opening a ticket with your local support. Provide ELC logs as well as a dump of ekrn (create it via the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics -> create).
Prior to creating the dump, do following:
- turn off protected mode
- restart the machine
- attempt to activate the product
- create a dump of ekrn but not later than 20s after you attempted activation
