Unique identifier for comparison with AD?

Hi,

i try to make a comparison from 3 Systems if clients exist in all 3 (AD, a SoftwareControl and ESET) - SQL based

I need a unique identifier. PC Name is not 100%

In AD there exist objectSID and objectGUID, any idea if this also exist in ESET, if yes witch SQL table?

There must exist some data, because the static folders with AD sync exists. So please help.

btw. you description is wrong:

Server connection Settings

Login - Type the login credentials for your domain controller in the format DOMAIN\username.     ----->>>>> USERNAME@DOMAIN.XX

not realy useable only "DirectoryString" is useable. Unique identifier like objectSID or objectGUID not working or useless Output :(

One more thing, it depends what OS do you use.

  • With Linux, UPN format is supported
  • With Windows SAM format is supported
