Jenni Ward 0
Why is ESET blocking my access to bank accounts and credit card accounts?
Administrators Marcos 5,234 Posted September 13, 2017 Administrators Share Posted September 13, 2017 Please be more specific as to what you mean by blocking access. Is ESET alerting you with a red alert or how exactly does the issue manifests?

Try this. Open Eset Online & Payment Protection icon on your desktop. Manually enter your bank URL directly there and see if you can access your bank web site. TomFace 539
Here is the link to various Banking & Payment Protection issues (ESET Knowledgebase articles). http://support.eset.com/search/?search=banking Also if you are using Hitman Pro Alert, it WILL interfere with ESET Banking & Payment Protection (don't think they will play nice with each other).
