Updating these days some endpoints,  noticed that a lot of computers have a WARNING/ALERT active saying that they need a restart. This alert is called: "Computers needs restart".
Checked some random computers and users where shutting down every day computer but the alert/warning was still there.
Checking it, uptime was 1-2 weeks too...Why? Fast Boot from Windows 10..... That's a pain in the , you can't disable it through GPO(only via Registry) and users NEVER reboot computer, they only shutdown.
How I tried to workaround it? I configured a task to reboot computers Daily at 14h but then complains start because users are NOT notified.... (same when pushing Windows Updates)

Hello everyone, only that I understand correctly: Nothing needs to be done on the company side because you automatically apply the fix to your customers. Or? Otherwise, I would be happy to receive understandable instructions on what exactly has to be done. Many thanks

the license wasn't yours, it was bought by someone in Afghanistan as stated before and that key is used by more than 100 other persons. so, it wasn't not yours.
 
nowhere in those sentences there's an accusation on you. it's just an observation that the key isn't originally registered on your email, rather on a completely different individual.

Also since this invalid license issue keeps arising in the forum, I will say this.
Eset and every other company I know of will not assist in any way for a misappropriated product. For what it is worth, I believe Eset "goes out of its way" in these situations.
It is repeatedly stressed in this forum to only purchase a license directly from Eset or one of its in country authorized distributors.

You can click on a client in Computers list, then go to Details -> Hardware to see it's hardware specification. I would like you to change two things in Network Pane:
1. Add information about every network interface, not just an active one (for example, laptops usually have LAN and WIFi and it only shows information about one.)
2. Concatenate IPv4 and IPv6 information in one entry, see image for example.

Yes. I found it after enabling Resolved cases. It was submitted to AppEsteem on 6/20/2020 and resolved on 7/5/2020.
Eset within their products gives the user options to opt-out of some or all the telemetry and detection data they collect.
Bottom line - you can rant to "your heart's content" in this forum and it won't change a thing in regards to Eset's decision on UnHackMe. The only way to do so is to employ proper channels.

In general, my recommendation would be as following: 
Create a base image computer, with ESMC agent and not activated Endpoint Let it connect at least once to ESMC, and in the ESMC interface mark the machine as "master for cloning" (navigate to computer details, click on the button "hardware" in the footer, select option "mark as master for cloning" and choose option "create new computers") By doing this, every new computer cloned from the image will be automatically created as a new system in ESMC  By default, there is a dynamic group "not activated security product". What you should do is to create a "product activation task", using your license, and setting it with two triggers on this dynamic group (click on the dynamic group, select "new task", choose "product activation" and them set a trigger:  First would be "joined dynamic group trigger" - anytime a new machine is connected, it would be activated Second would be "hourly" (you can specify this by CRON expression, guidance is in the product documentation). Therefore, if a client fails to activate on the first attempt it will repeat again every hour. If the client is activated, task won´t be executed..  Set a server task "rename computers" for the group, where the VDI machines will be created. Therefore, once the machine is renamed, correct name will be updated in ESMC automatically. Please note, that you can specify target group directly in the installer of the agent, each cloned instance would then respect this setting. 

I upgraded the 6.5 to 7, the template was the old one and I edited it manually.

Description: reconsider MariaDB support
Detail: RHEL8 is coming. ESMC should try to support MariaDB, and not lock itself to some old mysql 5.6 version. it is hard to install old mysql.
