Remove Read Only Lock Form ERA Clients 6.4

Hello Team 

 

I have some clients installed with eea 6.4 and era 6.4 manage so i see some lock it say read only but i have some clients who dosent have any read only lock so how to remove this read only lock i attach image of lock symbol.

Hello, the "read locks" mean, that the settings are set by ERA policy. You need to remove the policy flafs "apply/force" from the specific settings, or unassign policy from the client (group) in which the client is located.
