wcutler 0 Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 We are using directaccess on laptops with ERA 6. When the clients are onsite the agents work and check in. When the pcs are offsite the agents are not checking in. What needs to be done so agents work when out of the office?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted July 21, 2016 ESET Staff Posted July 21, 2016 You need to configure agent policy, so it does not connect to the internal IP address, but to address / hostname where the ERA 6 is visible from the outside. Other possibility is to build ERA proxy, in the DMZ, accessible from the outside network, and configure that one in the agent policy as a "secondary server".
