achraf 0 Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 i have a server with win 2008 RE i install the era 6 and push the install of the antivrus prodect and before that the agent . how to configure the client computers from the eset remote administartor 6 to get the updates from the Mirror server ?? how we can now from the client computers that the antivrus (endpoint antivirus v 6) is getting the updates from the Mirror server ?? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you don't have thousands of computers in the network, you'd save quite much Internet traffic by using a proxy server instead of creating a mirror. Agent doesn't download updates for Endpoint, however it downloads an installer if a software install task is performed. Basically if you use the all-in-one ERA v6 installer, any Endpoint you'll install from ERA will be configured automatically to connect through the proxy.
