Same policy being applied...different configuration showing up?

I have 2 desktop PC's that have the same policy applied..

 

PC 1

I know the dates are different, but it's the same policy??

From the Details window>Configuration

 

Does the "Request Configuration" force the Agent to check in with the server?

If so will it then update the policy?

Just out of curiosity, didn't you have EEA installed on March 13 when the configuration was downloaded and you installed EES later?

I guess I might have mistakenly done that.

Is that why there is no firewall option?

 

That was the only possible cause for firewall not appearing in the menu that we could think of. You can compress the Agent's trace log and send it to me via a pm to find out if there are any traces of installing ESET Endpoint Antivirus on the given date.
