You can raise a support ticket by navigating to Help and support -> Technical support -> Request support which will take you to a web support wizard. Eset Home Pg / Top Rt - Support Btn / Choose Country = Aus / Support Btn / Choose an Option / Home User/ Other Issue or Feedback / Feedback Other/ Red Btn = No I Still Need Tech Sppt / Form appears ....
