Hi, starting from today, Nod32 makes my PC unusable.

First of all, the startup scan is constantly running and being abrupted.

After around ~1 hour of system runtime my PC becomes impossible to operate.. its being stuck in some sort of "barely working hanging" state

The "Application" event log shows the following error:

Faulting application name: ekrn.exe, version: 10.39.34.0, time stamp: 0x65536c70
Faulting module name: dbgcore.DLL, version: 10.0.19041.2311, time stamp: 0x5aaf804b
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000000ef04
Faulting process id: 0x351c
Faulting application start time: 0x01da274dd1f26632
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\ekrn.exe
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dbgcore.DLL
Report Id: ba3997bc-254e-40cb-a57b-710e5ad80502
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

The "System" event log reports this event:

The ESET Service service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Unfortunately you are using a tool that downloads license keys from the Internet. Also the LiveGrid reputation system is disabled. We can provide support only to paying and trial users.

I have the same problem for 3 days now. I have already uninstalled eset, but after reinstalling to a lower version, the problem persists.

Please provide us with the ekrn complete memory crash dumps, so we can analyze the root cause of the issue.

If the dumps created by the built-in diagnostics are empty i.e, 0 MB in size, please follow
