  2. @Marcos I have sent you a private message about the log file. I have also made a video recording from the update process until the startup scan is complete. If possible, please let me know what caused it. Thank you.
  3. Will do this tomorrow. I will send you a private message about the log when i have processed it. Thank you.
  4. Good morning, I found this problem since i upgraded to version 14.2.24. Every time i turn on the laptop or every time after eset finishes detection engine update and start re-scan startup will make the performance very slow because the disk usage by ekrn.exe is very high.
  5. I mean license activation status in myEset. You can see from the picture i attached: Used : 0 Available: 1 in fact i have used this license and yes the version i use is the latest version 14.2.24 and i connected it to myEset, but you can see the status of usage in myeset is still 0. Thank you.
  6. I think there are still many problems with MyEset. For myself, the EIS license status is available, even though it is clear that I have activated it on my laptop and have used it for more than five years.
  7. I saw he also installed Qihoo 360: https://www.360totalsecurity.com/en/
  8. I repeated the setup as i did last night (changing firewall mode from automatic to interactive) and restarted the computer again, but everything went normally. Some of the settings i did last night added the apps to the Rules list, but when saving the problem occurred and referred to this link: https://help.eset.com/eis/14/en-US/idh_advanced_settings_conflict_error.html Is it possible because of that?
  9. The problem occurred last night and this afternoon after i turned on the computer as usual Network Protection was running normally, but Im sure there must be a problem. Last night i changed the firewall settings from automatic to interactive mode then restarted the computer and the problem with Network Protection appeared like the screenshot i posted earlier. on proses...
  10. The link i posted does not directly access the file. Still requires a decryption key for the next process.
  11. The file is quite large, so i uploaded it to the cloud: and i just sent you a private message.
