eornate 1
Hi everyone, Today i've test the lab : deploy ESET PROTECT CLOUD for OFFLINE ENVIRONMENT. My diagram : EPC <-> SERVER ESET BRIDGE ,<-> clients offline(no access to internet, just communication with EPC via SERVER ESET BRIDGE). My client are : win 10 and win 7. I created policy for Agent comunication with EPC via SERVER ESET BRIDGE. Client WIN10: everything ok, client can communicate with EPC . Client WIN7 : not work, client can not communicate with EPC. Administrators Solution Marcos 4,839 Posted August 23 Administrators Solution Share Posted August 23 The server certificate is not trusted by the agent. Make sure that "Digicert Global Root G2" certificate is present in the system Trusted Root certificate store.
