Chanklish 1 Posted December 3, 2021 Posted December 3, 2021 Hello I am facing the same issue again like this post : mail ssl expired I checked my mail server and sophos ( firewall ) and eset server licenses - i dont have this expiring license in my systems how can find it please ? I uploaded the log files for the protocol filtering as well ELC_logs.zip
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted December 3, 2021 Administrators Posted December 3, 2021 ESET logs are missing in the archive. Also you've blurred the "Issued to" field and didn't provide the hostname either so that we could check the SSL cert.
Chanklish 1 Posted December 3, 2021 Author Posted December 3, 2021 how are they missing , i can see they are attached , 55 MB + data inside the zip file Issued to : group-socimex.com
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted December 3, 2021 Administrators Posted December 3, 2021 I'm able to open the website fine. On the computer where the logs were collected there is no ESET security software installed so it's impossible that you would get a warning about an SSL certificate from ESET. ESET Product: ESMC/ERA Server 9.0.1144.0 Apache Tomcat 9.0.46 Apache HTTP Proxy
Chanklish 1 Posted December 3, 2021 Author Posted December 3, 2021 hello marcos the issue in in outlook ( email ) and not the website I enabled the advanced log collection on the server , then ran the log collector on the server .. should i run it on the problematic user pc ?
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted December 3, 2021 Administrators Posted December 3, 2021 If ESET Endpoint or ESET Server security is not installed then ESET cannot affect SSL communication and evaluate certificates. According to the logs there was no ESET security product installed on the machine.
