expired SSL certificate

Hello

I am facing the same issue again like this post mail ssl expired

I checked my mail server and sophos ( firewall ) and eset server licenses - i dont have this expiring license in my systems 

how can find it please ?

 

I uploaded the log files for the protocol filtering as well

ESET logs are missing in the archive. Also you've blurred the "Issued to" field and didn't provide the hostname either so that we could check the SSL cert.

I'm able to open the website fine.

On the computer where the logs were collected there is no ESET security software installed so it's impossible that you would get a warning about an SSL certificate from ESET.

the issue in in outlook ( email ) and not the website

I enabled the advanced log collection on the server , then ran the log collector on the server .. should i run it on the problematic user pc ?

If ESET Endpoint or ESET Server security is not installed then ESET cannot affect SSL communication and evaluate certificates. According to the logs there was no ESET security product installed on the machine.
