This bug doesn't reproduce anymore in 15.0.18.0.

Good, thank you for the confirmation.

I guess it was resolved by a module update, not the product update but important is that it works now as it should 😉

When a high cpu usage is manifesting, please enable advanced operating system logging under Tools -> Diagnostics in the advanced setup, disable it after 2-3 minutes and eventually collect logs with ESET Log Collector. When done, provide the generated archive for perusal (if too big, upload the archive to a safe location and provide me with a download link).

I update OS to LTSC 2021 recently. When the bug reproduced, I was using Thunder (XunLei) to download. I couldn't confirm the bug relating to it or not. Besides, I haven't install QQ music yet.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 x64 (21H2)

EIS 15.0.23.0

Here's the dump

In case of a high CPU issues, please continue as follows when the issue occurs:
- enable advanced operating system logging under Tools -> Diagnostics in the advanced setup
- disable logging after 2-3 minutes
- wait until EsetPerf.etl is created in C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\Diagnostics
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector
- upload the generated archive to a safe location
- drop me a personal message with a download link.

The issue seems to be caused by c:\program files (x86)\tencent\qqpcmgr.

Try uninstalling it please.

This bug reproduce today. It also disappear after restart my computer. By the way, Tencent QQPCMgr had been uninstalled.

I'll send the download link of the dump to you later.

P.S. due to extremely high CPU usage, I have to run ESET Log Collector after restart my computer. But the log was creeated before restart.

I guess what is making the high usage is probably because there are 2 antivirus in the system , Tencent one and ESET , they would conflict with eachother if both are running as real-time.

But different from before, ekrn.exe cost >=50% CPU, and Firefox/IE couldn't open any website (always keeping loading), Egde is OK.
