In case you upgraded your operating system to macOS Sequoia (15) before upgrading your ESET product for macOS to a supported version, you might experience a network connection loss.
Currently, macOS Sequoia (15) supports ESET Endpoint Security version 8.1.6.0 and later and ESET Cyber Security version 7.5.74.0 and later.

1, Uninstall ESET
2, Download and install the latest version that supports macOS 15
Users with ESET CyberSecurity Pro
Since there is now just a single product ESET CyberSecurity, there are two options:
1, Wait with upgrade of macOS until ESET CyberSecurity v8 with a firewall is released in October 2024
2, Uninstall ESET CyberSecurity Pro v6 and install ESET CyberSecurity v7.5.74 until v8 with a firewall is released.
