failed to redirect to safe browser !!

When I am opening a banking web page ( which is known by eset ) in chrome , it doesn't redirect me to the safe browser . But redirection works on all other browsers except chrome . How to fix this problem ? By the way , i have restarted my pc several times , but it didn't work at all .

Does the problem persist after switching to the pre-release update channel in the advanced update setup?

What actually happens? Does the bank website open in a normal browser? What version of Chrome do you have and what is the IB url?

Is there a coloured border around the browser? This would indicate secure all browsers is enabled  which I believe means is the same as banking protection but for all sites

It opens in a normal browser .

chrome version : Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I meant the Internet banking website that should open in the secured browser.

Besides that, please upload also logs collected with ESET Log Collector.
