In there is a communication PC be installed with LiveQA mode for the signature be updated from the internet from the Port-IT portal. The best would be if you start off by providing logs from the machine where update is failing as follows: - enable advanced network protection and update engine logging under Tools -> Diagnostics in the advanced setup - run update - disable logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here. I assume, that you are using their service, which is build over ESET micro updates. https://www.port-it.nl/cybersecurity-solutions/antivirus/ It might be best, if you try to contact them first, as ESET Support does not have knowledge of their network setup, and their portal.
