I just recently installed Eset (so it’s not an installation issue) and purchased the key and now I can’t use it because it says unauthorised access. This is frustrating the hell out of me because my computer won’t run properly because I need this program which won’t run properly!!

I would love if someone could explain in easy terms why I can’t do this and how to fix it please!

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for customer care
- run update
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

So how do I find advanced logging? I’m in help and support and it’s not there

From help and support select 'Details for Technical Support' then toggle Advanced logging.

Ok so it’s been “in progress” for like 45 min now I can’t go any further.

If a module update has not been performed successfully at least once after installation, I suspect not all Eset components have been installed. This might be the reason Log Collector is not running successfully.

Is there any way to fix this? Actually hang on I think it’s working. I’m trying a computer scan
