Switched Network Over to Domain, Clients Not Connecting to Server

We just switched over to a in house domain and now none of the clients are connecting to the server which is running:

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.5 (6.5.522.0)
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.5 (6.5.388.0)

The Clients are mostly running:


I haven't moved the server over to the domain, but the clients and server are on the same IP scheme.

If I move the server over to the domain will I have to re-install the server components?
