victorhcardoso 18
I have tested on a iMac the Eset Cyber Security. The problem is sometimes I feel the system running slow. For instance, when I am running my browser and copying some information to Evernote system freezes for some seconds. When I used Avast Antivirus for Mac reproducing the same condition this not happened. But I do really prefer Eset over Avast, considering Eset offers better protection. Rick 1
ESET Cyber Security uses much CPU while updating, and after that, it starts a scan, you can turn off the automatic scan via the Planner.
Guest riosjosh
I have the same problem. I am running OSx 10.7.5 ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Product version 4.1.86.4 Processes ESET NOD32 Antivirus esets_daemon Both these take up huge amounts of CPU power and Real Memory. They won't stop using these resources by themselves. I have to quit the processes to get my computer to cool down and the fan to turn off. Is this a bug? Can you help me fix it?
