If I recall correctly, we have provided you custom version some time ago, and now it seems that it was not replaced with new one during upgrade. Could you please check, whether it was upgraded (modification dates). It not, I would recommend to extract this file from installer, and replace it manually. Alternativelly you could remove it (with backup) and use installer "repair" mode, which should replace it with file from current installer.
