ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted May 11, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted May 11, 2018 Could you please check database server that is ERA using is running properly? It is possible that database is not accessible (may be caused by system update) in which case ERA will be collecting received logs until write to database is possible. Should i ask suport for my Eset´s local resseler ? Yes, please contact your local reseller or distributor. They will probably need logs from ESET Log Collector and Procmon logs: https://support.eset.com/kb6308/
