No security solution detects 100% of all threats with zero false positives. ESET is very good at malware detection no matter whether it's ransomware or other threats. Windows will disable Defender as soon as you install another AV.

Hello guys,
The development team made a fix in the Banking & payment protection module 1301, which is as of now available on the pre-release update channel.
Browser restart is required after the module update to apply the fix.
Can you please check if it resolves the issue for you?

I was unable to reproduce it. What I did:
1, With v16.0.24, I launched the secured browser via the "Banking and payment protection" shortcut on the desktop.
2, I've bookmarked a particular website.
3, Installed v16.1.13 over v16.0.24 and rebooted the machine.
4, Launched the secured browser from the desktop as before
The bookmarked website was still in the bookmark list.
What did I do differently than you?

First of all, please make sure to uninstall EIS, install it from scratch and activate a trial version. Your EIS was activated using a business trial license issued for another person from the US.

You can download and install version 16.1.13.0 from https://forum.eset.com/files/category/3-early-access/ which should address the issue. Please let us know about your findings.

Learning mode settings are only accessible if firewall Filtering mode is set to Learning mode:

Just reminder for those of you who may be missing the latest update that "Browser's green frame" setting was modified and now when it's disabled, the badge and green frame are not showing at all. It remains only for orange and red status.
EIS > F5 > Web and email > Banking & Payment protection > Browser's green frame

You can disable the green frame as follows:
Advanced setup (F5) > Web and email > Banking & Payment protection > Browser's green frame

Should certain files still be detected as suspicious, please copy and paste the appropriate record from the Detections logs.
I've installed the trial version and tried to update it but it was already up to date and no detection was triggered:

DPC Watchdog Violation BSOD is usually caused by misbehaving drivers; most notably nVidia graphics card ones: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/349623/bsod-dpc-watchdog-violation-windows-10?page=2#answers .
This also could be the reason HV Memory Integrity is not enabling. However, there are a number of other reasons it won't enable. In my case, I had intentionally altered my motherboard memory timings to run my installed 1600 Mhz memory from its default 1333 Mhz setting. Once memory timing was reset to 1333 Mhz default, I could enable HV Memory Integrity.

To date, I have never seen Eset per se being the cause of this issue,

I expect that @Alperhas Secure all browsers feature On. In this case disable HTTP protocol filtering indeed fix the issue with clipboard paste. But I believe that when you disable HTTP filtering, you also see yet another warn - Banking & Payment protection is non-functional.
This is not a bug, but a side effect of protecting against one family of banking trojans. We will modify this protection so that it doesn't interfere with normal copy-paste actions.

However, you have used this EIS license to activate ESET Security for Android which consumed 1 unit. On the PC Dxxxx7 you have ESET NOD32 Antivirus installed.
Please do the following:
1, Uninstall ESET on the mobile phone.
2, Change the product to ESET Internet Security on the PC via Help and support -> Change product.
3, Install ESET Security on the phone and keep the freemium version installed or purchase a license (it's probably cheaper to purchase one from Google Play than extending your existing EIS license to 2 units).
 

Both licenses leaked. One is heavily overused, both are now canceled.

I can speak only for myself. I buy it because ESET performs better than MD on my system. I don't think that here is much difference in protection level but system impact is much smaller with ESET on my system. Since I encounter malware approx. once every ten years, 95% vs. 99% detection ration doesn't matter to me.
I also like that I can configure my AV how I like without having to use 3rd party tool or Gpedit /registry.

Since you referred to a PC Security Channel test, here is an Eset Internet Security test against ransomware: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps7XNo-DOmI&list=PLRs8fqjYD5ILw73zeNeEXpwoP9Swk13qD&index=18 that was performed a while back.
Comparing to two test results shows WD does have behavior detection capability against 0-day ransomware whereas, EIS does not. Since the Eset test is a bit dated, a retest of EIS would be required before a definitive conclusion can be had on current Eset 0-day ransomware protection capability.
