There is no overuse reported on your license:

However, you have used this EIS license to activate ESET Security for Android which consumed 1 unit. On the PC Dxxxx7 you have ESET NOD32 Antivirus installed.

Please do the following:
1, Uninstall ESET on the mobile phone.
2, Change the product to ESET Internet Security on the PC via Help and support -> Change product.
3, Install ESET Security on the phone and keep the freemium version installed or purchase a license (it's probably cheaper to purchase one from Google Play than extending your existing EIS license to 2 units).

thank you for your reply,

as i wrote i already removed the leaching devices, that is happened the second time that a couple of unknown devices were using my license. i want to reset my key - how can i do that? as in the regular way in the remove device menu i got an error message.

instead of this picture i get a X and "something went wrong"

The license was indeed overused in the past, however, we don't see any overuse after the recent reset of the license key. There are 2 devices connected to the license now.

I didn't do a reset to the license key - i got an error when i tried to do that

and yes, right now the license isn't in overused after i removed all the unknown devices

i want to reset the license key as i didn't manage to do that and i worry the overuse will happen again - and i don't want to be on my toes and worry that my legal bought license get used by others.

Please change the password to a different one that cannot be guessed easily. Let us know should you get any further verification email or notice new unknown devices in your ESET HOME account.
