  1. Hi, so what are sizes of your ERA related folders: C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator C:\Program Files\ESET\RemoteAdministrator folder with your ERA SQL instance (database)
  2. Hi, I have few questions: do you have successfully installed ERA Agents on your client computers and are they connecting? (see the Last connection in the Dashboard) Do you use ERA proxy or HTTP Proxy? Do your clients have direct visibility to your ERA Server machine? (or they have to go via proxy?) It the activation task never starts, what do you see in its execution history? Thansk

  9. Maybe just for the check, do you have any other machine with ESET Endpoint installed in that network which has not proxy policy applied? Does this machine receive updates?

  13. Unfortunately, there are no other examples than those available. Here is latest API link: http://help.eset.com/era/65/api/ It contains also newer example, but, unfortunately not for Perl.
  14. Hi, the post you sent is little bit outdated (that is our fault, we will update that). Mirror tool was upgraded (with ERA 6.5), so it can mirror whole repository with installers and create full Offline Repository, it is also reason why you need over 150 GB for that.

Hi Huain, for troubleshooting, you can start with looking into Agent logs http://help.eset.com/era_install/65/en-US/index.html?log_file.htm But if there is really problem with certificate, I would suggest you to export Agent Certificate and a CA from your ERA Server (such a CA which was used to sign the Server Certificate which is in use on ERA Server) and use those in the Repair installation of the Agent. Of course, use current IP address of ERA Server during the repair installation as hostname. PS: Dont you use ERA Proxy?
  17. Hi, the problem is the "localhost" - most likely agents are trying to connect to your ERA Server under wrong IP. Unknown status is caused by inability of Agents to connect to the server. How did you install Agents? What address did you use?   19. Hi CraigB, one thing is strange to me, why you had to setup a new CA & certificates? There were any in the Azure VM? Because during the installation, those should be created automatically.
  20. I do not think he can make it automatic even with the RDS, because you will not get those Rouge computers to a group (where the task would be assigned on weekly trigger) automatically, the addition has to be done manually.
  21. Hi, this is not recommended. If it would be on Win with MySQL, then it would be doable: http://support.eset.com/kb6355/ However, when using different DB servers, it could end up with problems. By now, as far as I know, you have to move it manually.

  24. Hi, use Software install task ( https://help.eset.com/era_admin/65/en-US/index.html?client_tasks_software_install.htm ) and use the trigger (joined dynamic gropup) to run this task over a special dyn group, as rekun wrote.
