  2. Hi ESET Team, One of our client servers has infected by malware Win32/Exploit.Agent.NZK. ESET able to detect and clean the malware but the malware keep attacking the servers. Please find bellow link to download the log from ESET Log Collector and output file from wmic process list https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jU8ME89_udwQAtsLf-ZP3UgWFEO48ad8. Any suggestion on how to stop this malware ?
  3. Hi @Marcos We are also facing this same issue on our client PC. The ekrn process took more than 200 MB (Refer attach image) Please refer below link to download the dump logs. We couldn't collect logs from ESET logs collector as it took more than 30 min to collect the data.   5. Hi ESET Team, Currently I'm facing one issue when try to download the endpoint package from the link downloaded from the ESET Cloud Administrator. Please refer attach image for the error. I've tried to run the installer package from few PC's and resulting the same error. Any prompt response would be appreciated
