ChrisWork 1 Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 We've recently hit our license limit (currently running ESET 5 remote administration with plans to later upgrade to 6) Before management will approve buying another key/license we have to show how many machines are not getting updated. Is there any logs stating that a machine tried to connect but was rejected due to the license limit being reached?
Administrators Marcos 5,453 Posted August 3, 2016 Administrators Posted August 3, 2016 Machines are not rejected and update normally in such case. Endpoint v6 provides an option to monitor license usage via ela.eset.com and warns you if a license overuse is detected.
