kaylor 0 Posted March 29, 2016 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Hello,Install remote administrator with 6 installer all-in-one, then I deploy antivirus agent and correctly,When i change the name of computer on which you install ERA, I can't install the Agent and when i generate report I see the old server name, how can I fix the problem?Can you help me please. You have two possibilities: when creating AGENT remote installation task you can override SERVER's hostname in task parameters manually change default SERVER name in ERA database, it is table tbl_servers.server_identificator Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
