marbarb 0
Hi all, we want to change our antivirus to eset. We are on trial and I tried to install the Remote Administrator 6 on our server. It fails, because on drive c: was not enough free disk space (the application needs 5 GB). But during installation, there is no option to change the installation folder. How can I change the installation folder of the Remote Administrator 6? Is Eset inflexible like this setup routine? Best regards Markus
Megachip 5
In V5 You can put the ESET Data, where you want by setting up a cluster installation (1 node cluster). Didn't know, if V6 had this feature to.
ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted January 19, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted January 19, 2016 (edited) ERA all-in-one is supposed to simplify installation process and therefore set of parameter is reduced to minimum. Most of the storage requirements will be taken by SQL Express database, which can be installed manually on different drive as described here - database installation and configuration is described here hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3671/?viewlocale=en_US. Once database is configured you can proceed with installation using all-in-one installer (to C:/) or install each component manually which will enable you to install all components to non-standard drives.
