Can you Block p2p traffic with the ESET Firewall?

For instance, to block Bittorent (https://wiki.wireshark.org/BitTorrent) , block the appropriate TCP ports:

BitTorrent uses TCP as its transport protocol. The well known TCP port for BitTorrent traffic is 6881-6889 (and 6969 for the tracker port).

It's not clear what copyright has to do with it. Block network access to the executable file of a particular application
